Not so much an agriturismo as a fine restaurant with rooms with splendid views of the Ligurian hills (in which it is set) and the coastline. The chef and proprietor performs both his roles skillfully and creatively. We had the refreshing, freshly caught amberjack ceviche to start, followed by another house speciality, home-made ravioli stuffed with herbs from the garden and pecorino and parmesan cheese, topped with diced, fresh tomatoes. Our main was yet another Bilaia special, the fried, breaded gamberi, &ldquo;cotoletta&rdquo; style, perfectly cooked. We chose a simple Ligurian house vermentino that nicely accompanied our dishes. Lovely romantic setting by night with lights sparkling in every direction..

We had dinner at the restaurant of this hotel and it was a great experience. nice and sympathetic staff, careful service with particular sincere attention to the child. The dishes go from tradition to the kitchen with special combinations, in both cases a guarantee! The local wine recommended reflected what we were looking for. This is very good home-made focace. To not talk about price ... we expected to spend much more, they also offered us the dessert. Very recommended!

Excellent just as last time! Of course, as we are in a few and have many customers (quality index), we have waited a little, but nothing to penalize the excellent judgement I give, because all my two new guests were super happy and others were extremely satisfied as always With the promise to the bank to come back with more people. You&#39;re in the foot, all right.

The location and ambiance was outstanding!  Amazing food and Tira Misu!  Staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Hey spoke very good English.
